This journal provides a forum for exchanging ideas about theory, methodology and fundamental issues related to the world of health which include nursing, midwifery, physiotherapy, acupuncture, herbal medicine (herbal), occupational therapy, prosthetic orthotics, speech therapy, public health, medicine, and health education. The submission process is open throughout the year. All texts submitted will be through multiple peer reviews and editorial reviews before being accepted for publication. In 2012, the magazine published online with the name of Jurnal Ilmu Kesehatan Interest, starting with Vol.1 No.1 with the printed version of ISSN 2252-5432 and the online version from 2579-6135 in accordance with LIPI policy. For example That is decrease in strength and muscle contraction, muscle elasticity and flesibility as well as speed and reaction time, as a result, the elderly will be vulnerable to falling. Objects: woman dan man elderly who have age ranges </em>60-74<em>, which are included to the category of inclusion and the category of exclusion. total patients are 44 persons, they are divided into two groups. Group I are 21 subjects and Group II are 23 Subjects, the group-one subject were given single task , while the group-two subject were given dual task. <strong>Methods:</strong> this research employs two groups pre and post test design. Data analysis to find out the difference of pre and post this research employs wilcoxon test. <strong>Results:</strong> There is increase walking speed to elderly effect between pre and post in group one after 2 weeks (12 times of therapy) is p = 0.000. The result of increase walking speed to elderly effect between pre and post in group two is p = 0.000 and the test increase speed to elderly with ten meters walking test between group one and group two in measn group I is 3,28 and group II is 8,13. The studies will be reviewed in English using qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methods. Searches were carried out using Science direct, PubMed (Medline), Google Search and Proquest with keywords for each variable. Myogenic pain is the most common complaint, around 49%.Physiotherapy modalities that can be given are Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation</em> (<em>rhythmic stabilization and combination of isotonic). Purpose this study to analyze effectivity rhythmic stabilitation exercise and combination of isotonic to decreased pain for myogenic pain</em>. <strong><em>Methods:</em></strong><em> this research is two groups pre and post test design. Subjects: 30 subject diagnosed with myogenic pain in Dr Moewardi Hospital during the period between 2019 June –Augs. <strong>Results: </strong>The result of test toward pain effect between pre and post in group one after 3 weeks (6 times of therapy) is p = 0.009 with Wilcoxon test. This research aims to (1)&nbsp; determine the effect of visual-motor integration activity interventions on writing readiness in ADHD children (2) find out the demographics of ADHD children based on age, gender and education. <strong>Methods:</strong> The design of &nbsp;this study was conducted</em> <em>a o</em><em>ne group </em><em>&nbsp;pre-experimental study using a pretest -posttest design.&nbsp; Samples were taken by purposive sampling technique. There were 35 samples consisting of 15 women and 20 men. The research instrument was the Beery DTVMI. Data analysis with paired parametric comparison test (paired sample t-test). <strong>Results: </strong>This study are (1) visual-motor integration activity interventions have a positive and significant effect on the writing readiness in ADHD children (p = 0,001). (2)</em> <em>ADHD children in YPAC Surakarta Occupational Therapy&nbsp; Clinic is dominated at the age of 5-6 years (54.3%). (3) Most of the ADHD children in the YPAC Surakarta Occupational Therapy Clinic were male (57.1%). No less than 30 babies every day who come in one massage place, even on holidays more than 60 babies who come. If you can do the massage yourself, you will be able to save money and get closer to the relationship between mother and baby, including other developments and developments, and help the baby's development. Purpose this study is analyze the effect of infant massage conducted by the mother on the growth and development of infants in Klaten Regency, it can be seen the growth and development of infant sleep. <strong>Methods</strong>: The research method is quasi-experimental with control. The study was conducted for 6 months, the intervention for 1 month consisted of training in infant massage in the group of mothers who had babies and conditioning other groups as a control group (not suitable for training). The group treated massage their babies every week for 1 month, while the other group (control) did not do massage. Data collected includes body, body length, the ability of motion received by the baby and the quality of sleep performed before and after massage in the control groups, as well as in the control groups at the time performed for 1 month. The research location is in Klaten Regency with a sample of the area in the working area of ​​Trucuk and Central Klaten Puskesmas. The number of patients who survived is low. Data in the UK shows only 7% of patients who survived. The key factor to increase the amount of survival is the quality of cadiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). CPR that is done manually or by humans tends to be of inferior quality due to fatigue. Mechanical chest compressions use machines and pistons to compress the chest, so that the frequency and depth of chest compression quality for a long time. The purpose of this systematic review is to analyze research evidence of the effect CPR using mechanical chest compressions to survival cardiac arrest. <strong>Methods :</strong> Systematic review is used to analyze the effectiveness of mechanical chest compressions against cardiac arrest. The article is traced from the data base of science direct, pub med, and EBSCO with the main keywords are mechanical chest compressions and cardiac arrest. Search on google search using the keywords mechanical chest compressions for cardiac arrest. Researchers only take research in the form of randomized controlled trials (RCT), and there are no language restrictions. The interventions carried out were mechanical chest compressions, measured outcomes were survival cardiac arrest, and side effects of the action. The quality of the study was assessed using the critical appaisal skill program. Data was synthesized based on the implementer, the intervention carried out, the blinding process, the results, conclusions and side effects of the action. <strong>Results:</strong> Findings in the form of 4 articles with high quality. The entire article states there is no difference in survival cardiac arrest between mechanical chest compressions and manual chest compressions. The study population was transtbial amputee at PT. Kuspito Prosthetic Orthotics. The sample in this study 40 people, namely 20 people using Transtibial Prosthesis,&nbsp; 20 people using Axial Crutches. The study was conducted at PT. Kuspito Prosthetic Orthotics from April to May 2019. This study used an observation sheet prepared by Kempen, et al (1996), namely The Groningen Activity Restriction Scale. </em><strong><em>Results:</em></strong> <em>The normality test used is Shapiro Wilk. Mann Whitney test resuls show</em><em>s</em><em> an average difference of ADL between users of transtibial prosthesis users (22.40) and axillary crutch users (19.95) with a p value = 0.008 where a p value &lt;0.05</em><em>. <strong>Conclusion:</strong> So </em><em>&nbsp;there is a difference in ADL which is statistically significant in patients using transtibial prosthesis and patients using axillary crutches. However, during this treatment, liquid waste is only stored in a temporary storage area. It will cause part and quality of wastewater produced. It is necessary to research the design of laboratory-scale sports equipment to minimize pollution due to the accumulation of wastewater in conditions without maintenance. <strong>Methods: </strong>in its design, this tool applied three methods of physical, chemical and biological. This tool will be applied in management using coagulation, electrocoagulation, adsorption, and phytoremediation technologies<strong>. Results: </strong>This tool can work optimally with an initial capacity of 45 Liters. The parameters tested were pH, TDS, Total Hardness and Lead. The test is carried out to find out the rate of decrease of parameters in each process and the decrease parameter.<strong> Conclusion: </strong>After testing, it was proven that the biggest decrease in the adsorption process and the result of the calculation of the biggest decrease in TDS was 72.64%. Data analyze used Pearson product moment correlation test and Multiple Regression Analysis. &nbsp;<strong>Results: </strong>The results of this study obtained the average hemoglobin &nbsp;level &nbsp;of children is 10.18 (0.99). The &nbsp;results &nbsp;of &nbsp;the &nbsp;test &nbsp;on &nbsp;energy intake (ρ = 0.820), iron intake (ρ = 0.300), vitamin C intake (ρ = 0.300) which &nbsp;states &nbsp;no &nbsp;significant relationship &nbsp;with &nbsp;hemoglobin &nbsp;levels. &nbsp;Protein &nbsp;intake (ρ = 0,007), variation (ρ = 0,000), and &nbsp;frequency (ρ = -0,035) have significant relationship with hemoglobin level. Some case include &nbsp;delusions (fixed, false beliefs) and &nbsp;hallucinations (hearing voices or seeing things that are not there). &nbsp;Schizophrenia is treatable disease with &nbsp;psychosocial support and medicines is effective. The role of public health service counselor is important to give &nbsp;psychosocial support and medicines to patient. Aim of this studi to &nbsp;describe efforts and constraints &nbsp;public health care counselor &nbsp;in the care of schizophrenic patients. <strong>Methods </strong>: A descriptive qualitative study with 4&nbsp;informants from public health service counselor. Purposive sampling&nbsp;is used to selecting informants. Analize of data was carried out qualitatively. The triangulation of sources, methods, researchers, and theories&nbsp;is used to test validity. The study was conducted in January-November 2019, in Pilang Kenceng Village, Madiun Regency. Data collection was carried out by in-depth interviewing using guide questions. <strong>Results </strong>: The results showed that there were 6&nbsp;themes in answering research objectives&nbsp;are submission of training, optimizing the role of the community, early detection, providing treatment, counseling&nbsp;and constraints. <strong>Conclution :</strong>&nbsp;Efforts made by counselors have not been running optimally because of the synergy and communication with the community is not going well. It’s also the main problem in both developed and developing country. The management of hypertension must be integrated between the essential standard medication and altering the life style which involved dietary habit management, stress coping management, activity management, avoiding alcohol and smoking. Purpose this study to analyze the effectiveness of beet juice, potato and ambon banana for blood pressure of the elderly with hypertension. <strong>Methods</strong>: The research design was pre experiment with Pre and Post Control Group Design. The independent variable was the beet juice, potato and ambon banana. The dependent variable was the blood pressure. The sample was the elderly with hypertension who take hypertension medication periodically. The sample consisted of 66 respondents. The blood pressure was examined once a</em><em>ten days</em><em> for a month. Aim this study is to describe spiritual care nurse to patient with breast cancer at last stage. <strong>Methods: </strong>A </em><em>literature review were obtained from PubMed, and google scholar using the keywords breast cancer AND palliative care and breast cancer AND spiritual care by adding filters: the type of article is Full text with Randomized Controlled Trial, published in the last 5 years, written in English and Indonesian, human studied, specific to cancer, and are in the category of nursing journals and MEDLINE.</em></p> <p><strong><em>Result</em></strong><em>: According to a review of existing research, spiritual care is effective to overcome psychological problems, such as anxiety, stress, or depression as it affects patients to solemnly accept their health condition including the complications in positive ways. Therefore, patients receiving spiritual care will be more adhere to their medical treatments, will have lack of emotional disturbances and substance abuse, have greater social support, will be more frequent performing their health behavior and have a longer period of survival.<strong>Conclusion</strong>: Spiritual care is highly needed in medical care, especially for those who have serious and life-threatening diseases.
